One of the most exciting things about staying somewhere new is deciding where everyone sleeps. This property has six bedrooms, with two master bedrooms, all with the latest Smart TVs and ensuites featuring large glass frameless walk-in showers with rain showerheads, ideal for grown-ups. Upstairs, any children in your group are bound to go wild in the two Disney-themed bedrooms. All have two twin beds. One has a Mickey Mouse theme, and the next is about Star Wars. All have access to a full shared bathroom.

What a great space this is for gathering and relaxing together. Sofas offer somewhere comfortable to kick back, maybe with a book or watching the latest large LED Smart TV specification. You get great views of the pool, and outside deck area from here, and in the evenings, you can bring the popcorn and all gather for a movie night, but, of course, we'll leave the movie choice up to you!

Here is the hub of the house, the place to get fueled up for another day at Disney and the theme parks. As you'd expect from such a stylish, recently renovated property, the kitchen is home to the latest high-specification stainless steel appliances, making preparing breakfasts, lunches, and delicious dinners an absolute pleasure. You'll find a coffee maker and Keurig machine, so whoever's first awake in the morning can get that wonderful aroma filling the house. There is plenty of storage space for your favorite foods in the cupboards. Large capacity French Door fridge freezer and separate drinks fridge, plus you get beautiful quartz countertops, an icemaker, a super silent dishwasher, and all the utensils, fine dinnerware, cookware, and countertop appliances a group of up to 12 is likely to need in a fine home away from home. Of course, if you don't want to cook, we can also help you find a chef for the evening.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a four-seater breakfast bar and a four-seater kitchen table to sit and enjoy snacks, with the main formal dining table in an adjacent room. Ideal if you're planning a sit-down meal for everyone during your stay. Of course, you can enjoy your food outside, which is where we're heading next….

Which will you try first, the huge swimming pool, the kid's paddling pool, or the hot tub? Maybe you would like to soak up the sun while sitting at a patio table or reclining on a sun-lounger on the south-facing deck area? They're all here and all yours. Plus, there's a Propane Gas BBQ grill if you fancy cooking great-tasting food outside during your stay.
The pool and garden have fencing beyond the lanai, creating a serene, secure, and private outdoor space for you all to enjoy. The kids and big kids in your group will love what we have done with the garage — turned it into a beautiful Movie Cinema Theater!
INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
Got work to do during your vacation, or want to stream something? Or maybe you're booking a break with colleagues on business. Either way, the 400Mbps of Internet access and enterprise company-grade Wi-Fi across the house should come in handy. You even get free unlimited landline calls to the USA and Canada from here, and the Wi-Fi covers the pool area.
LAUNDRY
The presence of 2 x large capacity washers and 2 x dryers, plus an iron and ironing board, will help ensure you keep everyone's clothes clean during your stay. So, if a favorite top gets spoilt on the first day, it can be washed, dried, and worn again!
PARKING

Sea Pearl Circle, one of the community's roads, is a circular path of approx. If you love to walk, Formosa Winery is nearby; mini-golf, some essential shops, and a few restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings and Red Lobster are all within an easy walk, and the restaurants of Sunset Walk at Margaritaville are just a bit further…

Please note that all bookings must be made by an individual who is 25 years of age or older, and our maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 12 people, including children.
To ensure a comfortable stay, our home comes equipped with a starter pack of supplies, including Laundry detergent, a roll of toilet paper and bath soap per bathroom, and a roll of paper towel in the kitchen. However, for longer stays, you must bring or purchase additional supplies plus as needed, other items such as laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and condiments.
Please be advised that a credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days of check-out, pending any charges for damages or missing items. An information request will be sent after booking, and before your arrival, we will request a swipe of your credit card for the hold, just like in a hotel. We do not charge a deposit amount at the time of booking.
We take severe allergies seriously and do not allow any animals or pets on our property. Unlike many other rental properties, our house is fully licensed and maintained and complies with all Florida state laws and regulations to ensure our guests and ourselves' safety and satisfaction.
Please note that all quoted costs are based on the number of guests declared at the time of booking, and any additional guests will incur extra charges. This is a self-catering property; Guests are responsible for your meals.
To maintain the high standards of our property, we have a dedicated Pool Care Team and Gardener who visit the property every week to keep everything looking its best. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible and look forward to hosting you!
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Heating for Swimming Pool / Hot Tub Heat Optional on Request (additional charge) Please note that the minimum age requirement for booking is 25 years and above. We have a strict maximum occupancy policy of 12 guests, and this includes children as well. A property fee is mandatory for all reservations and is included in the booking process. As a security measure, a credit card hold will be required two days prior to check-in. This hold is a security deposit and will be released within ten days of check-out, provided no charges for damages, missing items, or other incidents exist. To facilitate this process, we will send you an information request after booking, which will include a request to swipe your credit card for the hold, similar to hotel procedures. Please note that we do not charge any amount as a damage deposit during the booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, all guests are required to provide a government ID to the host within 48 hours of booking and will be requested to sign a rental agreement. The quoted price is based on the number of guests declared during the booking process. If there is an increase in the number of guests, additional costs may apply. Lastly, please note that our home is a self-catering accommodation, allowing you to prepare your own meals and cater to your needs during your stay.
