Now I have booked/reserved a property. What happens?

  • PLEASE SEND US A PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS that we can use to reach you before and during your trip and stay in our homes is very important for me to have in case we need to contact you for any reason. We will send you more information over the period/time before you arrive. 
  • We will communicate more as we go normal process is messages now and again until approximately four weeks (if less than four weeks almost immediately) when you receive a welcome package and terms and conditions – rental agreement via email for e-signature.
  • Then an automated email just 24 hours before check-in will be sent to you with the personalized Digital Door Lock Code number and Alarm Disarm details and code that will activate just for your booking at check-in time and deactivate after your check-out.

When will I receive the arrival instructions or check-in information?

An automated email with the check-in information, including your rental property address, wireless internet code, and directions to get to your property for the duration of your stay. The electronic lock keypad code will be sent to you 24 hours before you are due to arrive.

What is required to make a reservation?

When you find the vacation home of your choice, you can either reserve the property online or speak with us via phone. When making your reservation, we only require a 25% deposit, which is applied to your total rental cost. The remaining balance is processed 45 days before check-in and is non-refundable at that point.

Are there other fees?

Unlike other companies, there are no “hidden extras” or “surprise fees” when you arrive. All fees are fully explained and shown on the quote for your stay. Specific fees apply depending on the options you choose. In addition, there are some standard fees at the end of every section to cover the processing, damage protection, and cleaning. But most of all, each vacation home still offers a significant saving over comparable hotels and resorts. Even after applicable fees, most of our guests save between 40 and 60 percent when booking a vacation rental over an equivalent hotel.

Does the total include all taxes and fees?

Yes, the total on the quotes or inquiries includes taxes, and any applicable cleaning, processing, or property protection fees. Please know that we may require a deposit or credit card hold to be held on file during your stay with them.

Can I combine offers/discounts? Are there any blackout dates?

Only one discount, offer, or special offer can be applied to each reservation, and offers are not valid the week of a holiday unless otherwise specified. Offers are not valid the week of a holiday unless otherwise specified. Holiday dates apply to the weeks and the days surrounding Thanksgiving, New Year’s, Easter, and Christmas.

Does the total include all taxes and fees?

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, and Direct Bank deposits / Wire Transfers.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can have a full refund up to 48 hours after you have booked and by 60 days before the check-in date and receive a full refund. No full refund will be issued afterward, but you will have credits to reschedule to a future time. (time shown in the confirmation email).
After that, guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email). For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email); otherwise, no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued, and the remaining 50% will not be charged.
Is the home I see online the one I get?
Yes, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. The photos you see are a point-in-time example of what the home you will be staying in will look like. However, they may vary in décor from the point that the property had the photos taken.
What should I do if I’ve left something behind in my vacation rental?
If you think you’ve left something behind after departing your vacation rental, be sure to get in touch with a for help immediately.

Where do I collect the keys to the property?

All of our properties have an electronic keyless lock. An entrance code will be sent to you. You can go directly home. The only exception is for last-minute reservations where we may need to contact you.

Vacation Home / Villa:

How many people can I bring?

The occupancy of Aunger Rentals’ vacation homes ranges from 8 to 16 people, depending on the number of bedrooms and configuration/type of beds installed. Occupancy numbers are clearly shown on each vacation home’s listing and are also provided on the rental agreement sent to you when you book. We do have to enforce this occupancy by license and law.

Do we have to bring Linens and Towels?

No need to pack the bedding and towels. We provide freshly laundered linens and towels for every guest. 

Can I bring more people than allowed to stay in each home?

Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. The maximum occupancy is listed on the property page for each home.

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals, but unfortunately, all of our vacation homes are currently strictly pet-free zones.

Are the properties non-smoking?

Yes, all properties are non-smoking anywhere on property. 

Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the vacation homes?

Yes, every vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen. Please refer to each property page for more detail on what the property will include.
