We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented times, and we want to assure our guests that we are taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. As owners and managers of our vacation homes, we take great pride in maintaining the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards.
To disinfect surfaces, we use Lysol and alcohol solutions that contain at least 70% alcohol, and our household disinfectants are registered with the EPA. We do not use expired products or mix bleach with other cleaners. Our Housekeeping team pays extra attention to touchable surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls.
We continuously train and are committed to ongoing training our Housekeeping team to enhance our cleaning protocols and are available to answer any questions regarding our efforts.
Please note that due to the additional disinfection protocols and procedures, we cannot offer late check-outs beyond the standard times.
Our Housekeeping team will not enter the house for cleaning until all clear and applied disinfection sprays have had time to disperse to protect the team. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing the healthiest vacation experience for our guests.
